
Michelin-starred chef Thomas Rode Andersen is only the third head chef at Denmark's Kong Hans Kælder since the restaurant opened in 1976. He has worked at top restaurants in Denmark (Falsled Kro at Fyn, Fakkelgaarden in Kollund), in Germany (Chez Paul in Flensborg) and Austria (Lebzelter Obauer in Salzburg).
