Thank you for sharing this podcast. All these factors do play an important role in losing weight. But I have seen such cases wherein even after following the regime ritually people are not losing their weight. Can these people try oxytocin nasal spray as an alternative?
According to the recent studies oxytocin hormone, which also called as the love hormone plays an important role in losing weight.
