Cravings or strong desires for certain foods, are something that many people struggle with. Cravings are your body’s way of sending you messages about your hormones, what’s missing with your current food intake, and the potential stress you have in your life. It’s important not to ignore them, rather figure out why they are there in the first place in order to address the issue.
