Premade Paleo

Welcome Premade Paleo to the Whole9 Family

We’re kicking off an official It Starts With Food-sponsored Whole30® on August 1st, but you might be uncertain about joining in with the thousands of others who will be taking this journey. Today’s post may just change your mind.

If you’re one of those people who aren’t yet comfortable in the kitchen, taking on a Whole30 might feel a little intimidating. And truth be told, if you don’t cook yet, you’re going to get a little bored eating salads, scrambled eggs, and chicken sausage day in and day out. But maybe, just maybe, if you had your own private chef...

30 Days of Premade Paleo

Enter Chef Richard Bradford and the Atlanta-based company known as Premade Paleo. Premade Paleo is the first Whole30 Approved meal service – delicious, healthy, Whole30 dinners, frozen and delivered right to your door. Each meal consists of one 5-oz protein portion (8-oz for the “Warrior” upgrade) and two vegetable sides that can be heated in the microwave or warmed in simmering water – which means they go from freezer to belly in just minutes.

And before you start thinking, “Frozen dinners, really?”, we’d like to ask how these meals sound to you: All-natural bison chili. White marble grilled pork chop in spicy peach chutney. Springer mountain pesto chicken. Sweet potato salad. Lemon and mustard roasted cauliflower. Curried root vegetables. (Are you drooling yet?) These are just a few examples of the menu items that Chef Richard has cooked up for Whole30 participants.

Premade Paleo is already a hit in Atlanta, where dozens of local gyms and community centers stock his meals for their busy members. Shana Alverson, owner of CrossFit East Decatur, says in her RSB testimonial, “Nutrition is paramount – the qualty of fuel I put in my body is going to reflect in my performance. RSB is amazing. After killing myself in the gym, I don’t want to go home and cook. Having (pre-made) food I know is grass-fed, free-range, perfect Paleo ingredients, no sneaky ingredients – I don’t have to worry about any of that.

And as of now, you don’t have to live in Atlanta to take advantage of your own private Whole30 chef!

Special RSB Meals for Your August Whole30

Chef Richard created a fantastic offer for those of you starting the ISWF Whole30 with us in August – an official Whole30 Premade Paleo Monthly Meal Plan. This special 30-day menu includes enough Whole30 approved food to see you through 1+ meal a day for your entire program (45 meals in total), and even provides you with some emergency meals for when you’re on the go (20 trail mix snacks).

The best part? All of this is shipped direct to you, anywhere in the United States. No fuss, no muss, no cooking, and no worries that the food you picked up on the way home contains sneaky off-plan ingredients. Imagine a whole month’s worth of delicious, healthy creations that are easy to grab out of the freezer or refrigerator, heat, and eat!

If I could do this without blowing my grocery budget, I would! Great idea though, I just got ISWF for my birthday, and can’t wait to do it in August :)
