Welcome aboard! Our presentation should give you enough details to get started… and keep you going for a while. We don’t have additional articles at this point, though, no. We’ll also be addressing this topic (with broad strokes) in our upcoming book, It Starts With Food, scheduled for release on June 12, 2012. Stay tuned!

SO thankful you guys are touching on this vegetarian topic. It’s not that I object to killing/eating animals or have moral/ethical issues related to eating animals, either. And it’s frustrating that most Paleo followers assume all vegetarians are that way. I truly feel ill when I consume animal. When cooking animal, I like the smell and even enjoy some of the tastes. Nevertheless, my body says “no” each time. And I’ve decided to follow my body (we were created by intelligent design and should listen to our bodies more often!). :)
Just recently found you and am thankful you are open minded. And very helpful.
