Kill Your TV
Our Kill Your TV program officially launches on May 1st. Stay tuned on Friday, April 29th as we preview the rules and regulations right here on the 9 Blog. We’ll also be posting helpful resources and original television-related articles during the month of May, to help keep you tuned in (here) and tuned out (there). Spread the word!
Announcing Special One Hour Consulting Blocks
While our four week personal consulting program continues to chug along (with the help of the fabulous Amy Kubal, RD), we still can’t take on anywhere near as many clients as we’d like. (Which is why our waiting list is still kind of out there.) In addition, the time and financial commitment may be difficult for many folks who just need a few answers.
So we’ve decided to open up our services to include one hour personal consulting blocks. Since an hour isn’t much time, we’ll be doing as much as we can on the front end to make sure we’re able to hit the ground running when you pick up your phone – and maximize the results you get from our session. Each one hour consulting block will come with a free Whole30 Success Guide , and start with our comprehensive client questionnaire (to be completed and submitted before our call). We’ll determined, based on your questionnaire, who you’ll be speaking with (Melissa, Dallas or Amy), and prepare resources, references and follow-up reading material to keep you going after the call is done.

Working for the Weekend
We’ve got some stuff to do from Thursday through Monday this week, and won’t be able to spend much time on the site, Facebook or Twitter. Not to worry, though! We’ll have Kill Your TV rules auto-posting on Friday morning, and our first article in the series (174,203 things to do instead of watching TV) posting on Monday.

I’m stoked about May! I just stumbled upon you guys after hearing a ton of whole30 talk around the web and I wanted to see what all the fuss is about. May 1st will mark 6 months living the Primal/Paleo lifestyle and I scheduled my first whole30 to start that day. Now I have another goal, no TV! Can’t wait for the articles.
