Melissa and Dallas - I just wanted to say thank you again for featuring our affiliate and especially for showcasing the hard work that our healthy eating challenge folks did. It certainly was a pleasure as their 'challenge coach' to see them improve their eating habits and overall health. Thank you so much for providing such a great resource for the rest of us to use to improve our health and the health of those around us!

I would like to be the first to thank Lauren and Vanessa for planning and implementing this challenge. I was one of the converts who decided to make this type of eating a lifestyle and not just a fad. It appeared insurmountable at first, but in reality eating clean is pretty simple. I am by no means 100% ‘clean’, I have a few habits I hold on to, come on, no ice cream…surely you jest? I needed something because I was becoming bored with eating. I had difficulty finding appetizing food. I ate because I had to, to survive. This challenge opened a whole new world of eating opportunities, and the best part is, it is all healthy. So again, thank you Lauren and Vanessa, and thank you Melissa and Dallas for prompting them with your Whole30 framework.
