Super yum.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Olives - yep, as long as they&#039;re natural and not soaked in some kind of crappy oil, or preserved with a bunch of chemicals. 		<description>I keep dreaming that things like tortilla chips and bagels fall into my lap -- but even in my dreams I resist! Maybe it&#039;s a little bit of &#039;fear of Melissa&#039; keeping me strong. And despite my fear, I must confess that I did eat a little bit of mayonaisse yesterday...but only because it was that or starve. I ordered a &#039;chicken wrap&#039; for a work lunch (intending to just eat the guts of it) and ended up getting a &#039;chicken salad wrap&#039; instead. Lesson learned...always bring backup.</description>

But I&#039;m restraining myself to just a few- they&#039;re paleo-friendly but still pretty high in (natural) sugars, I&#039;m sure. Also, haven&#039;t tried this one yet, but a friend recommended the idea for those who aren&#039;t loving black coffee: you can make your own &quot;flavored&quot; coffee by sprinkling spices on the grounds in your machine or french press: try cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves. This is supposed to give the coffee a nice flavor, perhaps more palatable to drink black. And cinnamom is good for you!</description>
